INTRODUCTION

We’re Principeum – the place for new beginnings, born from vision and bound by duty.

We are a Canadian venture in Oakville, Ontario, founded by Bruno Sousa and federally incorporated as Principeum Corporation. We are the architects, builders and caretakers of an information and services platform that is designed to unite and benefit the world. Our priorities have been modelled and engineered to provide opportunity to all members equally, maximize benefactor funding and minimize operational expenses. Guided by a carefully constructed moral system, we are inspired by our vision and driven by our mission. We are a vessel for good will, charged with the duty to make this world better for all sentient life and to carry humanity to a brighter future.

We do it to benefit humanity’s future and positively impact the environment and society.

Our current view of our planet’s future is clouded due to many factors. These may change from region to region and vary from basic human rights to socio-economic inequalities, political instability and even war. Along with these regional factors we must also consider the negative global outcomes of our society’s activities such as pollution, emissions, over-farming, deforestation, climate change and pandemics. To further compound these problems, our world is not united in addressing all these issues due to cultural, governmental and jurisdictional segmentation. We are founded with the unique and express purpose to cultivate and foster unity and global good.

We do it together, through a collective endeavour based on community, commerce and co-existence.

Today the world has an extraordinary power to unite people via the internet. It is estimated that there are now 4 billion people with access to the internet around the world. In contrast, 100 years ago, any sort of mass organization was limited to mostly regional communication. Although many great feats have been achieved due to the internet, to date, society has leveraged this powerful resource mostly for commercial endeavour benefiting the very few. It grants to those looking to harness its power for good, the ability to unite people to a common cause. We do it through an enterprise of massive online collective effort and a shared value system.

We are an engine for global good that generates benefit for individuals and funding for benefactors.

We are a digital platform accessible through web portals and mobile apps that offers specialized marketplaces and productivity environments. Our platform empowers members to participate in our shared vision through various forms of membership, collaboration, and exchange including commerce. Additionally, members are invited to make “wishes” by selecting benefactors they would like their activities to benefit. We generate our revenues from members’ activities such as marketplace fees, membership subscriptions, and content sponsoring so that we may donate 75% of our net annual income to benefactors directly per our members’ wishes.

We are officially located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada and available worldwide to everyone online.

We were founded during the height of CoVID-19 pandemic and incorporated on October 20, 2020.
